We’ve empathised with diabetics in Jaipur and sensitive teeth sufferers in Riyadh, contemplated smooth underarms in Mexico City, diagnosed the emotional needs of veterinarians in Tokyo (they have so many), developed contactless payment systems in SE Asia, cooked meals with new ingredient innovations among professional chefs in Barcelona, segmented life assurance buyers in Chengdu, developed creative in Trinidad (though not Tobago), run in the shoes of young women in Taibei, led strategy workshops in Durban,  advised on media strategy in Yangon, and moderated focus groups in Oldham.
