How we approach Training & Inspiration

  • All T&I activities are seminar style.  No PPT, no one way lectures

  • All T&I activities include pre- and post-tasks

  • All T&I requires attendees to put what they’ve learnt into action and to be evaluated on this

  • All multi-segment T&I courses involve more than one expert teacher (per scale of the course)

  • We always consult with our clients to make sure there is philosophical alignment on course content and thrust

 

We offer:

  • 2-3 day Foundation Courses for beginners (i.e. Fundamentals and History of the qualitative discipline, Understanding the client, Core basic skills, Gaining confidence in Presenting etcetc.)

  • Half day Beginner Masterclasses on specific skill areas (i.e. Interrogating the brief, DG writing etc. etc.)

  • Mid-Upper level, Half Day Inspiration Workshops (i.e. Interrogating national cultural context for international research, Key aspects of Critical Theory for brands, European assumptions on brands: do they work all over the world?,  The extraordinary importance of narrative, Penetration vs. Love etc. etc.)

  • Time-efficient Senior Leadership Skills sessions (Leading and Developing people, Appraising for Inspiration and Development etc. etc.)

The FameWorks T&I is led by James Parsons, who devoted half his professional life to talent development in his previous role at a global insight agency.
